Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any services on the 50300 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 50300 platform.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and 50300. This platform is intended only for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Creation and Security
To access the full 50300 services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Sharing account information with others is prohibited.
- Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts.
- Registration information must be truthful and use your real identity. 50300 may request identity verification at any time.
- You must notify 50300 immediately if there is any unauthorized access to your account or suspected security breaches.
- 50300 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
Users found to have provided false information during registration or verification may have their accounts suspended or closed without prior notice.
User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
As a 50300 platform user, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any illegal activities or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform’s systems, networks, or security.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission from 50300.
- Distributing deceptive, disruptive, obscene, or defamatory content through the platform.
- Impersonating other users or 50300 representatives.
- Exploiting any technical defects or system errors for unauthorized gain.
50300 reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against anyone violating any of the above terms, including reporting unauthorized activities to the relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 50300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports various local payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and approved digital payment options. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set from time to time.
- All deposits are final once processed and cannot be canceled except under exceptional circumstances as determined by 50300 management.
- Withdrawals require successful identity verification before processing. This verification is a standard security measure to protect your account.
- 50300 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity or breaches of terms pending investigation.
- Any taxes or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Funds in accounts inactive for a specified period may be subject to inactive account policies communicated to users.
For any disputes related to transactions, users must contact 50300 support within 30 days from the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.
Liability Limits, Account Policies, and Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The 50300 platform is provided "as is." 50300 makes no guarantees that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors, or viruses at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 50300 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
50300 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or authorities’ requests. Users whose accounts are closed due to term violations are not entitled to refunds for balances involved in violating activities.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 50300 platform are the exclusive property of 50300 or our licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, publicly display, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 50300.
Third-Party Links
The 50300 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 50300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party links is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
50300 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted according to Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through mutual agreement or the appropriate Malaysian courts.
